The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arcade Quality Index Elite regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and communications, whether written or oral.
